Frequently Asked Questions

We know that entrusting your child to a camp raises many questions. We have gathered here the answers to most frequently asked questions by parents.

What is the difference between a classic camp and a crazy covered camp
The "madness seed" camps are distinguished by activities where children are constantly outside. In addition, they make it possible to bring together children from 4 to 12 years old, which is ideal for brothers and sisters, cousins or friends wishing to stay together. Conversely, classic camps are organized by more specific age groups, with a more balanced rhythm between indoor and outdoor activities.
Which supervises children during camps ?
Each camp is supervised by a team of animators and future animators in the social field, all supervised by our graduate and trainer director. A graduate educational official is also present in the field. Our adult-child ratios are as follows: one animator for five children in the 3-year group, one for eight children in the group aged 4 to 7, and one for ten children in the group from 8 to 12 years old with aid. Before the camp start, the parents received an email with the details of the manager in charge, including his name and his function.
How transport work for activities ?
We mainly use public transport. If a mini-bus is necessary, parents are informed in advance.
Can I be reimbursed if the activity changes ?
No, reimbursements are not possible. However, we strive to maintain the planned activity, and in the event of a change, we offer a similar activity.
Do I have to bring a picnic for my child ?
No, everything is included when registering. Meals and snacks are provided for children.
From what age can children participate in the ? camps
Children living in the canton of Vaud, aged 3 to 12, can participate. Specific options are available according to age and place.
Is a person reachable during the day ?
A phone number is provided during registration. We favor communication by message or WhatsApp rather than by telephone call.
Is it possible to pick up my child during the day ?
We prefer to avoid this, but if necessary, you can contact your child's monitor or instructor at least 24 hours in advance to organize the withdrawal.
What to do in case of delay ?
We cannot wait for latecomers. If you arrive late, please contact our permanence which will tell you where the group is so that you can join them.
Is it possible to deposit my child directly at the place of the activity ?
No, this option is not manageable due to the number of children we welcome and the necessary organization.
